mySupermarket and iPoints partner up

Online shoppers at UK grocery comparison web site mySupermarket.co.uk can now earn iPoints as well as their usual supermarket loyalty points.

London (eNewsPR) 12 October 2007 – mySupermarket has joined up with the UK’s leading online loyalty programme iPoints, to bring supermarket shoppers even more great benefits.

Online shoppers can now earn 2 iPoints for every £1 spent at mySupermarket.co.uk, plus they get an additional 400 iPoints on the first shop and still earn Clubcard or Nectar points. iPoints can be redeemed for a huge range of free activities and shopping, anything from DVDs and flight tickets to charity gifts and gourmet retreats.

mySupermarket.co.uk is a grocery comparison web site that makes it easy to check the price of products at Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury’s or Ocado. The website automatically scans users’ virtual trolleys and suggests cheaper and healthier alternative products which can be easily swapped. By taking advantage of the suggestions and the special offers, shoppers can save up to 20% on their weekly shop.

The independent grocery comparison site is free to use and has been recommended by the Mirror, Mail, Guardian and Sun newspapers, as well as legendary money saving expert Martin Lewis at moneysavingexpert.com.

mySupermarket recently added a handy ´Health Checker’ tool which allows health-conscious shoppers to see the exact level of fat, saturated fat, salt and sugar in their food by using an FSA approved red, green and amber ‘traffic lighting’ system.
