Landic opens in Helsinki, Finland

Landic Property, a large property company in FL Group’s property portfolio, now has operations in four Nordic countries. The company’s headquarters are in Iceland, with offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm and now Helsinki.

Landic Property is one of the largest property companies in the Nordic area. It owns and operates more the five hundred properties measuring altogether 2.7 million square meters. It is the largest property company in Iceland and has a strong posotion in Denmark and Sweden. The company owns 10 properties in Finland measuring just under 50 thousand square meters.

FL Group is a major shareholder in Landic Property, currently holding 38.9% of the share capital.
