Winter city break in Reykjavik Iceland for £199 per person

Icelandair recently announced its Winter Special City Break, which currently stands as one of the cheapest deals to Reykjavik being offered. Prices for the Winter Special City Break start from only £199 per person, and include return flights to Reykjavik, accommodation and breakfast at select hotels – perfect for an exciting winter break, or Christmas gift idea.

A holiday in Iceland provides visitors with plenty of things to do such as tours, guides, hikes, sightseeing and horse riding. The country’s capital city, Reykjavik, offers many opportunities to partake in activities that will blow away the cobwebs and make a memorable winter getaway.

Downtown Reykjavik, hosts some of the most electrifying bars and restaurants, as well as the various live music venues. For the more adventurous, there are the thermal baths at the Blue Lagoon, glacial hiking and horseback riding across lava fields.

The Icelandair offer is only available from Manchester or Glasgow airport for either a 3 or 4 night duration in the months of January, February and March.

Stay either from Wednesday to Saturday (3 nights) or from Saturday to Wednesday (4 nights). This offer must be booked by 5th January 2010.
