2011 city break holiday package deal in Reykjavik Iceland

Before heading back to work, why not start 2011 on a high and take sometime to relax after the stresses of the festive period with a holiday in Reykjavik, Iceland?

Icelandair recently announced its Winter Special City Break – a low-cost city break package perfect for a 2011 holiday in Iceland. The offer is only available from Manchester or Glasgow for either a 3 or 4 night duration in the months of January, February and March.

To begin 2011 in a relaxing manner, why not check out the Blue Lagoon, just a short drive from Reykjavik?  The location offers the ideal surroundings to relax, with natural lava formations flooded with geothermal seawater where you can enjoy the relaxing 40°C temperatures and the beneficial active ingredients that have positive effects on the skin.

Additionally, Laugavegur, the main shopping street in downtown Reykjavik, hosts some of the most electrifying bars, restaurants and cosy coffee shops to relax in, as well as numerous live music venues.

The Winter Special City Break starts from only £199 per person, and includes return flights to Reykjavik, accommodation and breakfast at select hotels. This offer must be booked by 5th January 2010.
