Human Resources management webinar series to be held by SuccessFactors

SuccessFactors, the global leader in Business Execution Software, is running a series of free Human Resources webinars for HR and Strategic Planning professionals. The aim of the online seminars is to demonstrate the successful transformations experienced by HR departments of leading corporations following the implementation of SuccessFactors solutions. The first two webinars are due to be held on Thursday 29^th September 2011 – a few places are still available.

The first webinar in the series, Learnings from a 20,000 Employee Project: Performance & Goal Management at Hilti, to be held at 10:00 GMT+1, will explore how Hilti – a provider of cutting edge technology to the global construction industry – has deployed a global talent management system which is driving its people-driven growth and innovation strategy.

The second webinar in the series, Workforce Analytics and Strategic Planning at HSBC International, will be taking place at 14:15 GMT+1. This webinar will explain how developing global workforce analytics and planning capability transformed the role of HR from service provider to strategic business partner at HSBC International.

HSBC International – the global banking and financial services institution – has created a global workforce analytics and planning capability. During this webinar, two of HSBC’s workforce analytics experts explain the process, the impact on the business, and how the project has transformed the role of HR within the company.
