Infor signs integrated payment solutions agreement with Valitor partner CenPOS

Infor, a leading provider of business application software serving more than 70,000 customers, has recently signed an integrated payment solutions agreement with the partner of Iceland-based acquiring services provider Valitor, CenPOS.

This exclusive worldwide agreement will mean that CenPOS will be providing a fully integrated payment solution to Infor’s current client base.

CenPOS will be an Infor worldwide payment gateway partner for integrated payment processing with Infor Distribution SX.e, Infor Distribution A+, Infor Distribution FACTS and Infor Storefront.

CenPOS is a hosted payment solution that alleviates the burden of PCI-DSS requirements; CenPOS’s agnostic payment processing approach enables Infor’s customers to accept a wide range of payment methods and process them with almost any merchant service provider.

Jorge Fernandez, CEO and Co-founder of CenPOS, comments, “This is a tremendous opportunity for both our companies. CenPOS’s strategic alliances with global acquirers Valitor in Iceland will enable our company to provide Infor customers based in the U.S. with subsidiaries in Europe and European based businesses with a fully integrated payment solution within the Infor ERP family of products and solutions.”

Through CenPOS, Infor will have access to Valitor’s efficient and secure payment platform that supports acquiring services for European based merchants.

According to CenPOS’s Chief Technology Officer, German Gonzalez, card-not-present merchants and eCommerce businesses in Europe will be able to process and settle transactions in multiple currencies, avoid hefty cross border fees and eliminate foreign currency conversion fees through the CenPOS platform.
