MAMCO Property Management CEO Receives Robert Wise President’s Award

Nancy Hastings, CEO of MAMCO Property Management, an Associa company, received the 2012 Robert Wise President’s Award from the Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley chapter of the Community Associations Institute.

“Nancy consistently shows her dedication to her CAI chapter and the communities she serves,” said Associa Senior Vice President Craig Koss. “We applaud her award and are proud to have her on our team.”

The award, named in honor of former chapter President Robert Wise, recognizes a chapter volunteer who showed outstanding service and dedication throughout the year. Hastings has been a member of the Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley chapter for more than 15 years. In the past year, she served her second consecutive term on the chapter’s board of directors and volunteered on the Annual Conference & Expo Committee and on the New Jersey Regional Council.

Hastings joined the corporate team at MAMCO in 2001. As CEO, she oversees operations and continues to develop client service benefits. The company received many community and company accomplishments under her direction, including the 2008 Top Performer for Employee Morale awarded by Associa.

Hastings holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM) as well as Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations from CAI.
