PHC Law, a specialist personal injury solicitor in the UK, announces their client has received significant compensation for considerable injuries in an unprovoked attack.
The applicant sought PHC Law’s help following a violent incident which occurred in July 2012, and caused the victim to sustain a partial loss of their ear and three damaged teeth. After full investigations to gather evidence from police authorities and medical establishments, the client was awarded £4,400 compensation for the partial loss of the ear.
Thankfully, the applicant made a full recovery from the injuries but there is, however, a visible deformity of the ear. The compensation claim for the loss of teeth was removed from the application as the applicant was unable to present dental evidence of the injuries.
Miss Louise Kenny, the claimant’s legal representative, commented: “While no amount of money can compensate victims of crime for the pain and distress endured, we are very pleased with the outcome of the case. The injuries victims of crime receive are both distressing not just for them but for their loved ones, too, and I would urge any victim of a criminal attack to seek confidential advice to pursue the justice and compensation they deserve.”
