Announcing the new NetSupport Manager Remote Control for Apple Mac

NetSupport is delighted to announce the immediate availability of its new NetSupport Manager ‘Control’ for Apple Mac.

With a 24-year pedigree in corporate remote control and a current install base in excess of 11 million mission-critical systems and servers, NetSupport Manager is relied on by organisations worldwide to provide the most secure, flexible and feature rich IT support solution.

Hot on the heels of the recent release of the Mobile version for Apple iOS and Android devices, the new Control further extends the software’s multi-platform capabilities – allowing IT support professionals to remotely connect to Windows, Mac and Linux systems from an Apple Mac. (as well as from any Windows desktop and iOS/Android tablet or smartphone.)

The Mac Control combines remote control, chat and message capabilities with a host of desktop management features for any remote system running an existing NetSupport Manager Windows, Mac or Linux Client.

Commenting on the latest update, NetSupport’s Managing Director Al Kingsley said, “We are delighted to be able to offer our customers this latest addition to the range of platforms supported by NetSupport Manager. The product has always offered great flexibility in terms of the systems you can connect to from a Windows desktop, but with the Mobile version and now the Mac Control, we are providing the modern service desk and IT teams with even greater remote support possibilities.”
