The CPRmeter™ incorporates two embedded sensors – one measuring acceleration and another measuring force – with a single sophisticated microprocessor continuously measuring both of these parameters during each compression.

Special algorithms then convert the collected data into meaningful information and provide feedback to the lifesaver, including:
” The depth and rate of chest wall movement during each compression
” The force applied during CPR
” Whether the patient’s chest is allowed to fully release between compressions
” If the responder is leaning during CPR, helping the responder to deliver efficient chest compressions regardless of the chest stiffness of a patient.
