Shop Till You Drop
Shudehill is perfectly placed for shopaholics, with the Arndale Centre easily accessible via its market entrance, and plenty of parking in the Arndale Centre and Shudehill multi-storey car parks.
Alternatively, hop on a tram or bus from the Shudehill interchange, and you can soon be on your way out to the Lowry Outlet retail centre in Salford Quays, or the Trafford Centre.
Closer to home, Shudehill hotels are also right on the doorstep of the Northern Quarter, with its bohemian collection of independent businesses and retro chic shops.
Bright Lights in the Night
Shudehill’s nightlife has plenty to offer, and is perhaps best known for its proximity to the Printworks, Manchester’s indoor street of cinemas, bars and restaurants.
This is hard to miss – look for its casino entrance adjacent to Shudehill interchange, and you can enter the Printworks at the end where the cinema is located.
Head in the other direction, and Shudehill borders the Northern Quarter, with traditional pubs like the English Lounge serving hand-pulled ales and high-quality food.
Big-Name Entertainment
If you’re in the mood for a show on a grand scale, Manchester Arena can be reached via Victoria rail station – simply head past the Printworks to get there.
Here you can see stage shows, live music and sporting events, making it a worthy addition to any holidaymaker’s itinerary.
