Cleansing and detox sessions to prepare for winter at Natural Health Centre

To prepare the body, mind and spirit for the transition to winter, Lakeside Natural Health Centre is organizing the ‘Autumn Renewal Cleanse’ program. The session is scheduled for the 22nd and 29 of October and the 5th of November at the 7 Elmwood Avenue based centre.

The 3 week long session includes detoxification education seminars for 30 minutes each, weekly menu plan and recipe pack, change of season soup mix, and email support for the entire duration of the cleansing program.
