Valitor offers secure online payment services for E-Commerce merchants

A range of secure online payment services for businesses and merchants specialising in E-Commerce are being offered by Valitor, the Iceland-based acquiring and issuing services provider.

These services include Multi-currency payments, Mail Order and Telephone Order payments, recurring payments, E-Commerce transactions, 3D secure payments, and Visa Original Credit.

Through Valitor’s multi-currency acquiring system, merchants can accept card payments in a wide range of currencies, regardless of the geographical extent of the business. This means that merchants’ customers can shop or pay in their local currency.

The recurring payment function benefits merchants who base their business on subscription products or services. This allows merchants to make monthly charges to a cardholder’s account with minimum inconvenience.

In addition, Valitor’s Mail Order and Telephone Order payments benefit merchants who market and sell their products through regular mail or telephone sales, as well as merchants who offer products or services that do not have a fixed price.
