Two internationally renowned teaching hospitals in London and one of the first NHS Foundation Trusts, required a central electronic Quality Management System (QMS) to help manage their Trust’s departments’ processes and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance was achieved.

As a result of these benefits, the hospital upgraded to the Q-Pulse Enterprise Edition, and this was installed in a number of separate departments including, Cellular Pathology, Infection & Immunology, Specialised Laboratory Medicine, Genetics & Transplant Laboratories and St John’s Institute of Dermatology.
The installation of the Q-Pulse Enterprise upgrade will enable the hospitals not only to roll out access to their other departments, but also still allow individual departments to manage their own configuration and security.
