Inspired announces compliance with B2/B3 gaming machines

Inspired Gaming Group, the leading provider of B2 and B3 Gaming Machines to the LBO market, yesterday announced that its Open Server-Based Gaming (Open SBG) platform and content is fully fairness tested and compliant with the Gambling Commission’s technical standards for Category B2/B3 gaming machines.

Inspired has been working exclusively with the Centre for Advanced Software Technology (CAST) over the past 18 months to ensure its Open SBG platform is fully compliant and all of its B2/B3 content has been fully fairness tested independently. CAST were the first test house to be granted full approval by the Gambling Commission to test gaming machines, server-based gaming systems and online gaming sites. To date, more than 30 games have been through CAST’s rigorous testing procedures for compliance and fairness.

Dr Richard Edwards from CAST stated: “We are very pleased to be associated with Inspired Gaming Group – they have demonstrated a dedication to best practice and continuous improvement in their drive to achieve full compliance.”

Luke Alvarez, co-CEO of Inspired Gaming Group, added: “Ensuring our platform and content are fully compliant and tested is strategically important to the future of our business. We chose to work with CAST as they were the first to receive accreditation from the Gambling Commission and therefore have unrivalled experience in compliance testing.”

Inspired’s cabinet for LBOs, Rainmaker, offers a suite of virtual betting games including B3 jackpot slots games and new B2 casino games. Inspired’s Open SBG platform allows Inspired to offer a wider range of B2/B3 content than any competitor on the market. Inspired develops its own games and also supplies games from over 10 leading third party developers.
