With only 8 rooms, all decorated in a unique style, Il Bottaccio is a leader in luxury travel in Tuscany. Celebrations will start at 8:30 PM sharp with a welcoming aperitif, the occasion for Guests to meet each other and network amongst themselves. For the occasion the Chef, Nino Mosca has prepared a world class menu. Chef-Director Nino Mosca has been with Il Bottaccio for more than 25 years, and has fathered our success with passion, making Il Bottaccio not only an institution, but a mecca for the devotees of fine Italian cuisine.
For this special occasion Nino has prepared an intriguing menu: gazpacho with deep fried beef stick, guacamole with tuna salad in thyme and orange, jumbo shrimp with sweet pepper sauce, splashed with scotch and a sprinkle of Coconut, spiced baby squid and mixed legumes soup, lobster cocktail with mushrooms and truffles, and to finish off a dark chocolate cake with caramel and kahlua sauce he has named “Più Nera della Mezzanotte”, Even darker than midnight…
The evening will continue with live music and entertainment and finish with a spectacular display of fireworks – all in the framework of Il Bottaccio”
