Riga, Latvian, 24.03.2022 – airline airBaltic in cooperation with international tour operator Tez Tour Latvija announces charter flights from Riga for the upcoming summer season, which will include such popular destinations as Antalya in Turkey, Burgas in Bulgaria and Araxos in Peloponnese, Greece.
Martin Gauss, CEO of airBaltic: “As the summer season is getting closer, we are putting the finishing touches to our charter program with long-time partner Tez Tour. We are glad to be able to offer wider travel opportunities to Latvian passengers this summer.”
Konstantins Palgovs, CEO of Tez Tour Latvia: “We are glad that, using the synergies of other leaders of the aviation and tourism industry, airBaltic and Tez Tour Latvia will be offering a product of high European quality in various budget categories also in the 2022 summer season. After two years of Covid-19 restrictions, demand for mass tourism destinations is very strong. For tourists choosing a company they could entrust with organizing their holidays, reputation is one of the main criteria.”
“The average bill of such trips is much larger than just the price of the air ticket. In such trips, there are also included the costs of at least 7 nights at a hotel, food, transportation to the resorts, etc. Obviously, for many Latvians, this makes up a significant part of their family budget, for which they expect to receive a safe and affordable product of top-notch quality,” Konstantins Palgovs adds.
Now airBaltic Club stamp card is available for Tez Tour charter flights as well – airBaltic Club members can collect stamps and get valuable prizes, such as airBaltic Club points, free seat reservation, heavy cabin baggage and 10 EUR discount vouchers or even airBaltic Club Executive status for a year. In order to participate in stamp card and enjoy the travel benefits member has to open the airBaltic Club app, tap the View airBaltic stamps section, book the next charter flight with Tez Tour and add the membership number during the booking process.
During the summer season of 2022 airBaltic and Tez Tour Latvija will offer scheduled charter flights to Antalya (Turkey), Burgas (Bulgaria) and Araxos (Peloponnese, Greece). In April, the company will also continue to offer charter flights to Hurghada and Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt.
